New Student Application

Please fill out the New Student Application as the beginning step for admission.  A $25 application fee, a copy of the student's discipline record and a copy of any IEP/ISP/504 Plan must be submitted with the completed application. Your student(s) will not be placed on the waiting list until the completed application has been submitted and applicable forms have been uploaded.
