New Student Application Process
Step 1: Submit Application
- Application Form: New Student Application
- Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of $25 is required upon submission.
- Required Documents:
- Discipline Record: From the previous school (not required for Preschool or Homeschool students).
- IEP/ISP/504 Plan: If applicable.
Note: Applications are considered complete only when all documents are uploaded and the fee is paid.
Step 2: Application Review
- The administration will review the submitted application.
- Upon approval, the student will be placed on the waiting list.
Step 3: Enrollment Offer
- If a spot becomes available, you will receive an enrollment offer along with an online enrollment packet.
- Enrollment Packet Includes:
- Enrollment Fee: As specified in the packet.
- Transcripts: Official records from previous schools.
- Birth Certificate: A copy is required.
- Immunization Records: Or a completed Certificate of Immunization Exemption Form.
Enrollment is finalized once all documents are submitted and fees are paid.
Important Notes:
- Learning Support: Each application with an IEP/ISP/504 is reviewed individually to determine CCS’s ability to provide needed support.
- Grade Availability: Varies by grade. Grades 6–12 depend on class sizes and course selections.
- Waiting List: Approved applicants may be placed on a waiting list if no enrollment spots are available.
International Students:
