ACT and SAT Information

ACT Test Prep at Oklahoma City Community College.  ACT workshops for high school students covering all four subjects of the test and provide tips, tricks, practice problems and outside resources to help students reach their ACT goals.  Cost for each course is $20.  To register, visit occc.edu/coe/act or contact Kristin Carlucci at 405.682.1611 ext. 7205, or kristi.l.carlucci@occc.edu. 

Six-hour courses covering all four subjects from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.:  

Sept 7, 2024, Oct. 19, 2024, Dec 7, 2024, Feb 1, 2025, Mar 29, 2025

Three-hour courses covering one subject from 9 am to 12 pm:

Reading:  Sept 28, 2024, Nov 23, 2024, and Mar 1, 2025

Science:  Oct 12, 2024, Nov 16, 2024, and Feb 22, 2025

Math:  Nov 2, 2024, Jan 11, 2025, Mar 15, 2025

English:  Nov 9, 2024, Jan 18, 2025, Apr 19, 2025

 Weekly ACT Prep Program - Practice and Strategies - Given by Jamie Bond, M. Ed., and Dr. Frank Wang.  (See email sent on 9/12/2024 to 10th - 12th graders).  ACT Prep Program is Sundays, 2 pm - 4 pm, Sept 15 - Dec 15.  $15 for the first session and $30 each subsequent session.  

ACT Test Prep - The Official ACT Self-Paced Course powered by Kaplan offers official test content and test-day strategies anywhere, anytime with on-demand tutorials led by an expert teacher.  The course is organized with over 30 video lessons that include all official ACT practice questions, plus additional guided and independent practice items.  The course also allows students to track and measure progress throughout, with five full length official practice tests included.  Students who register for the ACT test wit a fee waiver get 1 year of free access to The Official ACT Self-Paced Course.
